Each role has a set of skills and competencies for Pipers to receive feedback on continually. This framework clarifies expectations and what to work on to progress. Once you’re consistently demonstrating the competencies outlined, you’re promoted. No waiting for promotion periods or review cycles.
Every Piper crafts their own development plan, revisiting it at least quarterly. This plan can be tactical or aspirational, even if your dream will lead you away from Chili Piper. We don’t pretend that everyone will retire here, so nothing is off-limits.

We want to make sure you're set up for success and can hit the ground running from day one, so we'll ask you to complete a short assignment designed to provide insight into how you think. Have fun with it and show us your creativity!
Throughout conversations with your potential new teammates, we'll do a deeper dive into your skills while also giving you the opportunity to learn more about what it's like to be a Piper.
