How does Chili Meetings pricing work?
Our Free Chili Meetings plan is available to anyone with a business email address. It comes with all of our personal scheduling tools, but does not include premium features like CRM integration and routing. Our Spicy plan is $15/user/month when paid annually or $23/user/month when paid monthly. Spicy lets you connect Chili Meetings with your CRM to automatically make updates when creating or updating meetings. These users can also collaborate in a team workspace, share templates, and book meetings in each other’s calendar. Our Hot plan is $25/user/month when paid annually and $38/user/month when paid monthly. Hot includes advanced lead routing and meeting distribution. Our Concierge tool can only be used with Hot users and is a $200/month flat fee or $350/month for Concierge Live, which includes live phone or video calls.
How does a Spicy trial work?
Any new organization that signs up on our website is automatically given a free 14-day trial of our Spicy plan. At the end of 14 days, if you decide not to upgrade, your account is automatically downgraded to our Free plan. Your team will still be able to use their personal booking tools and book meetings in their own calendar. You can upgrade to Spicy at any time inside the Chili Meetings app. To upgrade to our Hot plan, please contact our sales team.
We need to add new users. How will that work?
You can add new users to your account at any time, either through the Chili Piper Admin Center or by contacting a member of our account management team. You can choose to purchase a mix of user types. Not every user requires the same license, however, a user’s license determines the type(s) of workspaces they can be included in. For example, Free users can only access their personal workspace to book meetings in their own calendar. Spicy users can access Free and Spicy workspaces. Hot users can be included in every workspace. If a user needs to a) book or b) receive a meeting that requires routing, they must both have a Hot license.
Do I need to upgrade everyone to Hot if only some need to be included in routing workflows?
No. Your team can have any mix of license types for your users. Chili Meetings uses workspaces (Personal, Spicy, Hot) to separate functionality across different users. Only users with a Hot license can access workspaces that include routing queues, round robin, and our Concierge router. If a user needs to book or receive a meeting that requires routing, they must both have a Hot license.
Can a user be added to multiple workspaces?
Yes. Any user can be added to unlimited workspaces within their account. For example, a Spicy user can be added to unlimited Spicy workspaces, but not any Hot workspaces. A user with a Hot license can be included in an unlimited amount of Spicy and Hot workspaces. A user with a Free license can only access their personal workspace.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase Chili Piper with any major credit card via Stripe in-app billing. For annual subscriptions over $6K, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.
I have a complex process, how long does it take to set up Chili Piper?
Anyone can set up their personal workspace and start booking meetings in a couple of minutes. Our CRM integrations are also quick to install – we integrate natively with Salesforce so connecting your account is a smooth process. When setting up sophisticated routing queues, you may need some time to configure them correctly and test to ensure they are working as intended. That's why our dedicated support team and customer success managers are here to help you. Even the most sophisticated routing workflows can be setup and a couple of hours.
Do admins require a user license?
Yes. Both master and workspace admins require a Chili Meetings user license. The type of user license is dependent on the highest level of workspace they need to be included in. For example, if they need to admin any Hot workspaces, they will need to have a Hot license.
I have a sales development rep booking for an account executive. Does that count as one license or two?
Two. In the case of handoff meetings, bookers and assignees both need a license.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. We do not charge extra for our integrations, however, some are packaged with our premium plans. For example, our Salesforce integration is only available for teams on our Spicy and Hot plans.
Do you offer payment terms? Like Net 30 or quarterly payments?
No. Licenses become active upon upfront payment (we want to focus on improving your process not chasing invoices)
Do you offer discounts?
No. We have had a no discount policy from day one. We love all our customers and offer the same fair, transparent pricing to everyone.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes. As of February 2019, we will apply state and local sales tax based on your billing address to your total charge for states where we are legally obligated to collect sales tax. If you are tax exempt you must provide us with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing authority.
How do I cancel my Chili Piper subscription or trial?
Please reach out to your account manager or our support team, support@chilipiper.com to cancel your existing subscription.
