Since he graduated from Stanford Business School, Nicolas has founded 5 different companies: a biometric tool that is now used by the Department of Defense, an e-commerce startup that was acquired by Microsoft in the middle of the tech bubble, a software rating wikipedia, an Adobe competitor used by OEM worldwide and a startup incubator. He started Chili Piper (previously known as Floating Apps) after running sales for a $2Bn telecom company, to bring the world of Sales to the new era of intelligent backends and consumer-like front ends.
Meet the Founding Team
After building products used by millions of users with high engagement in very different industries (media at Reuters, finance at Bloomberg, education at Pearson) Alina decided to take her broad experience to B2B . Her main goal is to help businesses take advantage of data to achieve better financial results. She dreams that one day CEOs will ask the Chili about Sales forecast immediately after asking Siri about the weather forecast. She can code, do design, mentor the team, grow the business, all while feeling she’s on vacation every day. Because there’s nothing else she’d rather do with her time.
When he’s not flying, Ivan loves to make complex things simple and solve problems through software. A software prodigy, he has produced wonders on projects for Deutsche Bank, MTV/McDonalds, JVC, Lexmark, Dupont, Diageo, Discover, and many other major corporations. Now he is building an intelligent platform that automates all the trivial work and bring the right context to users when and where they need it. Because he codes at lightening speed, designs the most elegant software architectures and always takes advantage of the latest technologies, we’re pretty sure we’ll reach our $5bn goal faster than expected.
