We don’t just say we care about your personal and professional growth here. We have a team dedicated to it! In addition to regular development conversations with your manager, there are three key ways we support Piper growth:
Progression Maps
Each role has a set of skills and competencies for Pipers to receive feedback on continually. This framework clarifies expectations and what to work on to progress. Once you're consistently demonstrating the competencies outlined, you're promoted. No waiting for promotion periods or review cycles.
Piper Plans
Every Piper crafts their own development plan, revisiting it at least quarterly. This plan can be tactical or aspirational, even if your dream will lead you away from Chili Piper. We don't pretend that everyone will retire here, so nothing is off-limits.
Development Coaching
We have a team of full-time coaches whose sole purpose is to help our Pipers reach their full potential, at Chili Piper and beyond.

Throughout conversations with your potential new teammates, we'll do a deeper dive into your skills while also giving you the opportunity to learn more about what it's like to be a Piper.
Executive Interview
This interview will explore big picture stuff: Your passion for tech, understanding of our product, and why you feel Chili Piper is where you're meant to be.
