Bring Chili Piper into your AI coding environment

The MCP server connects your Chili Piper account to AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenAI Codex. Your AI assistant can query and act on live Chili Piper data using natural language: list this week's meetings, adjust a distribution, cancel a no-show, look up a user by email. All through the terminal.
// HOW IT WORKS

Connect your API key → your AI tool gains read and write
access to the full Edge API surface, accessible via natural
language prompts.

The full booking flow available via api

Book a demo
The full meeting booking flow is now available via API. An integration or AI agent can submit lead data, receive available time slots, pick a slot, and book — calendar invites go out immediately. No Chili Piper UI in the loop at any step. Works for both Concierge inbound routing flows and ChiliCal scheduling links.
// HOW IT WORKS

Step 01

Submit lead data (via Concierge or a scheduling link session)
receive available time slots.

Step 02

Select a slot → meeting is confirmed, calendar invites sent
immediately.

Pattern

Both Concierge and ChiliCal follow the same pattern. For
ChiliCal links, you first initialize a session (equivalent to
visiting the link), then book from the returned slots. For Handoff, call the workspace init endpoint to get routing paths and slots, then schedule against the chosen path.

What you can build

Voice agent that books meetings

Build a phone agent that qualifies a caller,determines the right rep or team via Chili Piperrouting, and books a meeting — all without theprospect ever seeing a scheduling UI.

The call ends with a confirmed invite in their inbox.

Custom booking UI with full design control

Fetch available time slots via the Chili Piper API. Render them in your own interface — your brand, your layout, embedded wherever you want. When the user picks a time, book it via API. Calendar invites go out immediately. No Chili Piper UI in the experience.

AI SDR or email agent

An agent reads prospect intent from email, chat, or a form submission — checks routing, fetches open slots, and books the meeting. No human intervention and no handoff to a calendar link.

A chatbot that schedules meetings inline, without redirecting to a booking page

An inbound form with slot selection UI embedded directly on your website or product

An agent that cancels, reschedules, or marks no-shows in response to CRM events

RevOps automations that adjust distribution weights, modify routing rules, or export meeting data on a schedule

Internal developer tooling that queries and writes to Chili Piper from your AI coding environment (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)

Your website is your best pipeline rep. Let's prove it.
