Cole Bieser @ OrderMyGear

Cole Bieser is the Manager of SDR, Sales and Onboarding at OrderMyGear (OMG for short). OMG is the leader in online stores for the Decorated Apparel, Sporting Good Team Dealers, and Promotional Products industry.

Cole has been at OMG for 5.5 years and was the 61st hire at OMG. They are now in the high 200s in terms of all time OMGers! During his time at OMG, he's held 7 different titles and has been part of the sales team since 2021. He currently manages a team of 12 reps: 3 SDR, 6 Sales Executives and 3 Onboarding reps and co-manages the entire department of 22 reps with his business partner and best friend (seriously, we were roommates at one point), Josh Sawyer.

He was born and raised in St. Louis MO and moved to Dallas 5.5 years ago for OMG and it's been the best move he's ever made. He has a wife, two dogs and a 2 month old son!
