Is monthly billing available?
All Fire plans are billed annually. Annual billing allows us to offer volume discounts and multi-year savings. Monthly billing is not available at this time.
How do AI credits work?
AI credits are consumed when AI agents perform actions — identifying visitors, routing leads, running chat conversations, and more. Each plan includes a set number of credits per year. If you need more, you can purchase additional credits in bundles at any time.
Do volume discounts stack with multi-year discounts?
Yes. Volume discounts and multi-year discounts both apply automatically and are stackable. The calculator above shows your blended price in real time.
When will Chili Data Platform (Tier 3) be available?
