How it works
Let's use segmentation and benchmarking to recommend an upsell to qualified customers: 1. Create a new Cast project: drag a slide in the workflow, and select Narrations from the slide menu. 2. Add a custom narration: “Customers your size typically use benchmarking and personalization to drive sales. Would you like to talk to Nicolas, your account manager, to learn how you could benefit from these two features?” 3. Click on the Narration “Recommend” button and add a Chili Piper recommendation. 4. Use Cast contact fields, liquid snippets, or data-driven fields to personalize the heading, content, person to book meeting with, and more. 5. Assign the recommendation to the narration. 6. Create a new campaign and deliver the presentation over email, text, or in-app. The digital presenter will explain the presentation to the customer and recommend they book a meeting over Chili Piper. When customers click on the Chili Piper recommendation, they can book a meeting directly within the Cast video presentation.
