// AI Agent: Chili Assist

Build routing the way you already think about it

Chili Assist is an AI agent built directly into your Chili Piper Command Center. Describe what you need in plain English, and it creates, edits, and explains your Rules, Teams, and Distributions.

What Chili Assist does

Turn a description into a working rule

Describe the conditions in plain English and Chili Assist builds the rule. It handles all condition types, cross-object references, ownership rules, and nested logic. Open an existing rule and ask for edits, or ask "What does this rule do?" and it walks through every condition in plain language.

Build a Team just by naming people

Name the people, and Chili Assist adds them. Fuzzy matching resolves "Jen" to Jen Park if there's one clear match, and asks which one you mean if there’s more than one. Create new teams, add or remove members, and rename existing ones, all from the same chat panel.

Know who's next in the queue, and why

Set weights, apply credits and skips, and ask why a specific rep is at the front of the queue. Chili Assist  reads the live state at the moment you ask, so the answer matches what the distribution will actually do on the next assignment.

// Why it matters

Your RevOps config shouldn't require a screenshare to change

Rules, teams, distributions, and meeting types are what make Chili Piper work the way your business works. Every time they need to change, someone has to dig in, find the logic, and figure out what breaks if they touch it. Chili Assist changes that.

Book a demo

New teammates get up to speed without requiring deep product knowledge.

Complex routing logic stops being a bottleneck when requirements change mid-quarter.

Any Asset is one question away from a plain-English explanation or update.

Spend less time on updates and digging and more time on the things that matter.

// HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, any asset type

// STEP 01

Open the asset in your Command Center

Rules, Teams, Distributions, Meeting Types. The Chili Assist icon sits in the top right of every page.

// STEP 02

Describe what you want, or what questions you have

Create something new, edit what's already there, or ask why something behaves the way it does.

// STEP 03

Review the result before it goes live.

The assistant drafts changes as unpublished. Nothing is live until you approve and publish.

Your routing config is slowing your pipeline down. Let's fix that.
