5 Tips to Give You a Second Chance With Abandoning Bookers

Create a Dedicated Landing Page for Abandoning Bookers

With Concierge, you can auto-redirect prospects to a different landing page when they fail to book a meeting. This gives you a second chance to grab their attention and restart the booking process.

Use Chat to Re-engage Them

If your prospect remains on your website, you have the opportunity to start a conversation over chat.

With tools like Drift and Intercom, you can re-engage abandoning bookers, ask additional qualifying questions, provide helpful information, and get that meeting back on the calendar.

Use Queues to Assign Abandoning Bookers

Prospects that fill out an inbound form on your website are your hottest leads. Just because they got distracted in the last second of booking, doesn’t mean they didn’t have high purchasing intent just a moment before.

That’s why it’s always a good idea to ask for a phone number in your lead capture form, or use a lead enrichment service like Clearbit.

Put them in a Cadence with Suggested Times or a Smart Booking Link

If you can’t connect over the phone, your next best option is to add your lead to a special cadence meant for abandoning bookers – one that makes it super easy to finish booking their meeting.

To do this, each email should include suggested times or a smart booking link.

If you’d prefer to use a booking link, make sure to add ?id={email merge tag} at the end of the URL. This will allow them to bypass any forms and book the meeting in one click.
