Speed-to-lead
also: lead response time
Speed-to-lead is how fast you engage an inbound lead after they raise a hand, the single biggest lever on inbound conversion.
Account scoring tells you whose speed matters most: the score decides who deserves the red carpet, and speed-to-lead is how fast you roll it out. When an S1 account hits your pricing page, the right response is to skip the form and book the meeting now.
Watch: Adam explains it (badly)
Fifteen seconds of speed-to-lead, as explained by Adam, our comedian-in-residence. If the definition did not land, maybe the joke will.
