Create and Edit Chili Piper Workflows with MCP

The Chili Piper MCP can do more than retrieve and analyze data. It can also create, edit, and manage Chili Piper assets using plain language.
In this session, the team demonstrates how to build a complete multilingual scheduling workflow with the Chili Piper MCP. Starting with a blank workspace, they use AI to create English, French, and Spanish meeting types, translate the content, add matching reminders, define language-based rules, and configure the teams and distributions required for routing.
The session concludes with the creation of a Concierge router that connects each language rule to the correct meeting type and distribution.
