In this session, Aaron Wallace demonstrates a manager portal he created with Claude Code and the Chili Piper MCP. The idea came from a company with a large sales organization that wanted its managers to monitor and update their own distributions without giving them access to routing configurations or the rest of the Chili Piper account.
The prototype was built in approximately 30 minutes. Administrators can assign specific teams and distributions to each manager, while managers only see the information and controls relevant to them.
